AT&T 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola V557	ATT reception is non existent. Multiple phone calls to complain have done no good. Reception is lousy and service is worse. Altel works better, but must stay with ATT for other reasons.

Alltel 4 Out of 5	I have traveled from coast to coast, from Mexico to Canada. Reception has been generally pretty good. The customer service however, at the outlet stores, need some serious work. They'll shake your hand at the door to prepare you for an hours wait. They don't seem to know really know the system. They seem to come across as apprehensive.

AT&T 4 Out of 5 Phone Model: Nokia 3260	I got my first cell phone in 1988, and I have had a bucket full since. I have been on every service in East Texas (except T-Mobile and Sprint PCS) and Cincular is by far the best. I travel Wood, Upshur, Gregg, Smith, Rusk, Harrison and Marion counties on a regular basis and my Cincular phone works better overall than my last phones (Alltel and AT&T) did. You have to accept the fact that they will not work every where you go. I am always amazed that they work as good as they do.

Alltel 4 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola V710	Love Alltel in this area. Service is great. Customer sevice is good. Once they fixed my phone bill I love them. I have been all the way to Baltimore and Penn State and havent had one problem with the service.

AT&T 4 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola V220	Cingular works wherever I go, but sometimes in my house the signal is not very strong. Other than that I love Cingular.
