	After complaining time and time about our reception on our street and having to stand outside and still no one can hear you. I would go to the AT&T store and they would always seem so surprised we have no service or poor service just 2 miles from one AT&T store. I just 3 wks ago purchased my second iphone 4 gs and when they saw I lived on leDuke they made a comment that AT&T was working on the tower so we woould have better reception. Well that never happened and now no one can remember that ever being said. I just got off the phone from tech support and finally someone honest enough to say in this area we have minimal service at best or a "dead zone" if you will. I pay for service but get none and then after talking to that persons supervisor they wanted me to consider a $200 micro cell No thanks, I'll change carriers.

	ATT reception is non existent. Multiple phone calls to complain have done no good. Reception is lousy and service is worse. Altel works better, but must stay with ATT for other reasons.

	I got my first cell phone in 1988, and I have had a bucket full since. I have been on every service in East Texas (except T-Mobile and Sprint PCS) and Cincular is by far the best. I travel Wood, Upshur, Gregg, Smith, Rusk, Harrison and Marion counties on a regular basis and my Cincular phone works better overall than my last phones (Alltel and AT&T) did. You have to accept the fact that they will not work every where you go. I am always amazed that they work as good as they do.

	Cingular works wherever I go, but sometimes in my house the signal is not very strong. Other than that I love Cingular.
