great service rarely ever dropped a call. always had service. roamed as sson as getting into NM or passing Post, TX

I very rarely drop calls, except in some of the shops in the mall. The service usually works well in the rural areas and small towns not served by the big carriers. The only complaint is the poor voice quality that I get sometimes, but this is mainly due to the "crystal clear digital" system that all the carriers use and the effects that call congestion have on it.

Constantly have 5 bars of signal.

No complaints. When calling Amarillo, I get a delayed echo at times which is hard to listen to.

OK in Lubbock or any major Texas city. Just don't expect anything in between. Often calls answered on the first ring will show "missed call". Messages are often days late. I am actively looking for other service

I don't know if it's just the phone or what, but I can't talk anywhere on the phone in Lubbock without breaking up or loosing reception.

I have never dropped a call in the Lubbock area. I have tried the others and this works best for me.

cingular is terrible. don't waste your time or money they have the worst customer service rating for 2005, which is 4 times as many billing and coverage complaints as the second leading provider, verizon. unfortunately, Verizon hasn't gotten into the lubbock market yet, so the best bet is Sprint pcs, or t-mobile. I repeat, if you go with Cingular you WILL get screwed.

Cingular has great coverage throughout most of the city. Some of the newer developments south of 98th st have some weak areas however.

Cingular has excellent GSM reception in Lubbock, TX. Figures since they have the customer service center here in town.

Cingular works very well here in west TX. Was with Cellular One previously, and their coverage was very poor. I could be sitting in my living room with 5 bars showing, and as soon as I place a call, it would drop to 2 bars or less. Frequent dropped calls. No such problems with Cingular.

I can never get service here. My data is slow as it is. I amd planing on switching to Verizon Push To Talk. I heard it was great and fast.

I switched from AT&T to Boost. Good bars everywhere except at Texas Tech's building basements. AT&T definitely had way stronger service

Solid call quality in my house and around town. I want to like Cingular but calls were always broken up. Not so with Sprint.

I had pretty good reception when I lived here, rarely had a dropped call or bad signal

I get one to no bars and my calls cut out badly and are frequently dropped

I get either 1 bar or none, it varries. If I somehow am able to make a call it nearly always drops.

bad reception, tons of dropped calls, a lot of times no calls just late messages. horrible service

I used to be with T-Mobile, and in North Lubbock, it was awful. I'm with Sprint now.. and full signal pretty much everywhere!

Rarely drops a call, but sound quality definitely is lacking.
