HTC EVO 4G

I have the HTC EVO 4G and I get 4-5 out of 6 bars inside my house and 5-6 bars when I'm outside my house. I have been in the area for about 4-5 months, and I have not had any issues with my service as far as dropped calls or poor reception. However, I do have a 4G phone and I can't get 4G service in this area at all through Sprint. Also, if you go down Nichols Sawmill toward Roberts Cemetery (near Mike's) you only get 1-2 bars if you're lucky. I guess it just depends on where you're located exactly and what kind of tree coverage you have around your house. If you live in this area you know that there are trees everywhere and a large number of mobile homes. Both of these factors will have an affect on your service, so take this into consideration when grading your wireless provider.

Sprint HTC Mogul

Switched from Verizon which had great service for the price of Sprint. I know where the tower is and can see it but I live about a half mile from it and can't get any service in my house my phone goes to roaming on Verizon. Outside 1-2 bars but it usually calls on roaming. I wouldn't suggest switching but it's not all that bad.

Reception is poor. However we just moved from Indiana where it was nil and Sprint refused to let us out of contract because their MAP showed that I should have good reception! Contract is now over and I am looking for a provider with good service in area.

Correction from prior submittal. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone on the north side of Houston.

Zero bars inside. 1-2 bars if I walk out side. I have complained until I am blue in the face. The service in my area is awful. They tell me I am only 2 miles for a tower and I should have no problems. Right. I travel all over North Houston and the Woodlands and have spotty service at best. I would recommend this service to anyone.
