Verizon 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: blackberry	We cannot hold a call at our home or in a ten mile radius of our home. This problem began on April 7th and has been worked on for two months. There were tower conversions done in early April when our problem began yet Verizon says they have exhausted all avenues to fix our problem. We have been Alltel / Verizon customers since 1995. We will now have to change providers.

Verizon 2 Out of 5	northern half of lake Holbrook is virtual deadzone with spurratic 1bar reception. Heading out to 69 from the lake is equally bad. Going north on 69 is completely dead on into Alba and beyond. All of 69 falls under the supposed coverage map, and is even suppose to give 3G coverage, but no connection is available even out past Alba on this highway. If you have Verizon, I hope you don't have car trouble in northern Wood County because you will be screwed.

Sprint 4 Out of 5	Reception for most, if not all cell phone carriers has improved in the last 3 or 4 months now they are GOOD to AVERAGE. At one time Cingular was the only carrier that work in Mineola, and it was POOR.
