Just moved to area and have poor poor service on my AT&T I phone 3g Do not know where to turn to... .

No reception in house and I work from home. Must race outside if a call comes in, then it's 1-2 bars. Been with T-Mobile from Voice Stream but considering a change.

Never have dropped calls. not always 5 bars but don't see a difference in data transmission or voice calls

My service has been fine until about a month ago and now I don't get any phone calls when I am at home. I don't think I should be paying for service that I am not recieving.

Usually have 4 bars, but horrible reception, dropped calls and static. When I am near my home in Fort Bend, I drop my calls almost every time. Friends have same issue with AT&T. In my building and around Galleria area not good at all.

Horrible service in Sienna. Constant dropped calls, no bars, etc. Service is pretty bad all thru houston.

Phone calls will drop in our neighborhood... especially when driving around. EVERYONE with AT&T in our area HATES it.. One friend says the logo should be zero bars in all places!

AT&T needs a new tower between Sugarland and Sienna Plantation. This area has families with a high net worth - I know of several people who would switch to AT&T if they knew the reception was going to improve. As for myself, I have the Iphone 3Gs, but the 3G is non-existant in Sienna Plantation. So - you'll have to settle with an E (for EDGE) instead. Unbelievable.

Reception very poor, cannot take a call indoors, have to walk outside and hopefully I won't loose the signal, Many times my phone goes into Roam in the backyard. Does anyone know of a good Carrier with good reception in Missouri City?

Always get FULL bars even in school! FULL=EVERYWHERE Only lost some during Ike, duh and in subways underground, once again duh

ZERO bars in my house. Switching phones doesn't work, now looking at Verizon as a new carrier. SPRINT in no good in Sienna Plantation

I've had AT&T for about 2 months now and I absolutley hate it there is NO 3G service and there is only a maximum of of 2 bars at night and 1 or none through the day. Get T-Mobile it is way better then AT&T.

Travel from Tx to PA and only lose service in the hills of VA. for a short time. Had Sprint for 7 years but just in the past 2 monts lower bars on my phone and some droped calls. I think all of the phone co's. are messing up each other as they put in more towers..

According to my observation, using two different phone models from Sprint PCS, I've always gotten full bars here compared to when I used to live in Alief, Houston, TX.

tried Sprint lost calls all the time. cricket seems a little better but still poor reception in the neighborhood...

Have always had good to excellent service with T-Mobile almost anywhere in the Houston area. Have a low signal occasionally indoors at home in Missouri City, but never have dropped calls. Best cell carrier I've ever experienced.

Impossible to have a conversation in our home on any of the 5 phones (2 models) we own. Very rarely will we actually receive a call, and you can forget having a conversation inside. There is always a mad rush out of the house to attempt to make the connection. As you can imagine, in winter this is very uncomfortable. Had T-Mobile before, but Cingular is worse. The neighbors have Sprint, and experience the same frustration.

Dropped calls and poor reception in the neighborhood. Impossible to have a conversation in our home on any of the 3 models of cell phones we own.

Very noisy connections, lots of drop outs in the area. Many calls fail and need to be redialed. Cannot call from inside our house 1 / 4 mile South of that intersection, and calls outside are hit and miss. Friends refer to our house as the cellphone black hole.
