Totally disconnected from family when I come to Kansas or Nebraska hope my family is doing well and is safe and doesn't need to get in touch with me because thanks to AT&T and their horrible service they offer me I can't talk to my family! I'm switching to VERIZON!

AT&T, what happened to my service? Three years ago, in 2008, we finally started getting service my residence (5 phones). Service was great with 3 bars and sometimes better. However, in June 2011 all service ended. We cannot get even a single bar. Our 5 phones are worthless and I am paying for service yet receiving none. I have notified customer service and the person (not in the USA, out-sourced) said we are in a "poor-to-no-service zone." I explained that we used to have good-to-excellent service and want to know what happened to cause it to disappear. The AT&T representative had no answer and could / would not refer me to anybody who might know what has happened to my service.

We hav elived at this address for 14 months. In the last 4 months the signal strength has degraded to the point of uselessness. My AT&T phone is a corporate phone. I have purchased a Verizon phone on a personal account but If the AT&T response is negative I will ask my company to allow me to switch to Verizon.

Have lived up here for 3 plus years. Have had Cingular / ATT since 02, and wife since 95. With in the last three months, my dead zone changed from 30 seconds of driving to 5 to 7 miles either way I go from neighborhood. I can not get any service inside the house and if pace up and down the driveway I drop calls. This is with all the 5 phones that I have. Have called ATT multiple times and am being advised they are updateing their system, but get no real answers on tower changes / udates / problems.

No bars from Verizon. Had only one bar with AT*T. During Ike we lost AT*T and it never recovered. I have a Sprint work phone that was dead all during Ike as well. Around the first of 2009 we switched to Verizon in hopes of better coverage. Didn't work. Heck, my kid's Trac Fone (T-Mobile) works better than the big guys!

I am a salesman, working all over Houston - from Clear Lake to Katy to the Woodlands. I have very few dropped calls and great reception 95% of the time.

constant drop calls, no matter what phone we use. I also use ATT and it is worse then V.

Phone has to be in right spot inside house to work. Numerous calls dropped during conversation or do not get through, instead they're routed to voice mail. Direct Connect is much worse. Can't connect or drops while talking.

Just switched to a UT Starcom 6700 from a Samsung phone. HUGE improvement in reception. Not having any issues where I had problems before. Also, the new tower is operational in Walden fixing problems over there.

I just signed up one week ago and can hold a great converstaion in my house with hundred foot pines all around. I came from T-Mobile and couldn't even use it outside. Highly recommended.
