Hello - We have been customers of Sprint for almost 8 years now. 5 phones and a troubled data card. It took 4 years and 43 support tickets anywhere from level 1 to the Engineering Dept. Ticket opened again on 6 / 12 / 11 for less than dial-up speed. Finally got a tech that took time and realized the the tower 1.6 miles East and off Hwy. 78 and CR 549 (Independent Owned) has issues with being at 90+ and then 0 without warning. We discovered the reason for customers West of the tower receiving poor signal is - ONLY 1 antenna dish on Tower and it is pointing SE towards Rockwall. No plans for those of us paying high bills to Sprint monthly. My 6 / 12 / 11 is still open with no resolution in future. Asked for tower to be dropped in my backyard. Imagine - No luck with that request either.
