T mobile in my humble opinion sucks, every time I have a problem, it is my fault or the phones we use, (4 diff types), and every time I have to have one fixed, I must extend my plan, more money, more time, never a solution. Drop calls, I travel to my land outside of Bonham, zero reception, none, non existent. Excuses is all I ever get. There has got to be a better way. It has been so bad that I threw one of the junky cell phones out the window of my pickup. HORRIBLE run hard and fast in the other direction from T-MOBILE
