Cingular has some real issues in northeast TX Paris for sure full bars one minute no service next minute in the same location. Motorola also has issues constantly have to turn phone on and off, and reset phone to maintain service. A real pain in the butt.

Bars differ by the minute, unlike Cellar One (Intel) but better than Sprint. Adaquate, but improvement always possible in some weather

for last 3 weeks service has been off and on. Called Sprint repeatedly... .still no answers... they did however knock $30 off my bill... but guess what... still no service and still no answers!

I live in Houston, but visit Paris to see my folks. They live off 195 past the golf club and we share a cell plan. They are able to use the phone razor v3 and I use the blackberry. Service is not good by any means but functional. I am looking for an alternative for them to get broadband at their home. Cellular just doesn't seem like an option at this time.

Cingular's advice for me when I called to complain about service (specifically full-tower strength one second and NOTHING the next), their response was to turn off my phone at night and allow Cingular to "update" it. They also said they were adding towers... .been saying that for 2 years! Went to US Cellular. The ONLY dead spot I have found yet is in Arthur City, right before you cross the Red River. Absolutely LOVE US Cellular... and by the way... .same plan as Cingular and it's about $15 cheaper!

Internet connection Will not stay connected.. When I first got the service in April 2011 service was perfect no Internet problems, after 4 months internet will not stay connected. They keep saying 4g is coming..my daughter is in the McKinney area and Verizon Internet connection is the same way... shows all bars but Internet disconnects.. Seems I was reeled in and service was perfect... Now I can't do anything for a period of Time because it disconnects all time. Today Internet service was mostly off than online

Was with Altel Verizon took over and reception to to crap! Made the mistake of upgrading to new phone (verizon said it would help) now stuck with contract I can't get out of! Two cell phones and internet card $200 month and can not keep signal from south loop 4 miles out. I'm at the point I'm ready to drop them and strick it up as a lost!
