T-Mobile coverage really sucks! My office spans a huge campus. There are many areas in my office where I just don't get any coverage at all! My cell phone gets disconnected from network completely! (not even a single bar!) In my office I'm always forced to walk to an open atrium area to receive network signal!Was this review helpful to you?
For two years I've listened to their ad saying they have perfect reception. The truth is I've asked for support for two years and still get 1 bar. My calls drop every time if I talk long enough. They have stated they are not fixing this even though I've had the problem for more that two years and have paid as agreed. Then they had the nerve to ask ME for $250 for a signal booster. Screw Verizon IF THEY WON'T FIX THEIR POOR SERVICE. I'll take any suggestionsWas this review helpful to you?
Terrible ! Drops calls 50%. More than 50% of incoming calls go straight to voice mail and take 1 / 2 hour to get there. Rarely have more than 2 bars, except in the wee hours of the night. Store told me for last 6 months that they're still working on towers in north Dallas. Last month they blamed it on my phone and told me to upgrade (with new 2 yr contract, of course) Won't let me out of contract and had no sympathy for my $80+ bill that I'm paying for NO service!Was this review helpful to you?
Entire area is poor service under ATT or any other.. not enough cell towers near to my home. Signal flutuates from none ot maybe 3 bars in this area.Was this review helpful to you?
Right at my house, I have 60-80% signal strength, 10mb down / 4mb up on Sprint. Rooted my S4 to get free hotspot which is reliable enough to stream TV over, but I just use as a backup or mobile connection for ipad. When cable has gone out, I've was able to stream PS3 / Netflix / Amazon HD TV over it without issue at all.Was this review helpful to you?

I have terrible reception here. Indoor and out. Verizon has said they know it is bad but they have sold over 50 Femto home cells so they won't fix they basic coverage.Was this review helpful to you?
Been a Sprint Customer 20 years. My wife and I have Galaxy S2 and S3 phones. No signal in house - 0 bars. Earlier HTC phones worked fine. Sprint will not provide me with an in-house signal booster because I don't have 4 or more phones on my account. I'm going to pay the $500 cancelation fees to switch to another carrier with better service areas in Dallas metroplex. Good by long time friend... .Was this review helpful to you?
There are many large office buildings around here, I work in one of them. There are also many apartments and retail shops nearby, so a lot of people with a lot of phones. There are long periods in the day where I don't have a voice or data signal in my building. My coworkers complain too. It gets better late in the afternoon as the building clears out.
