Can't get or place calls! Says searching for network! No 3G or edge! Apps sporadically work! Husbands phone same but worse! Daughters same phone, plan etc…works fine!

I get 3 / 4 or 4 / 4 bars when outdoors. When I'm indoors, I generally get 1-3 / 4. Lower bars if cloudy. Currently using Nexus S and I have the 3G data plan. I would say the 3G drops down to Edge occasionally when streaming internet radio while driving. Don't know if that's my phone or T-mobile's fault, since this is my 1st 3G phone. Does get annoying when the internet radio cuts out though.

Varies between 1 and 2 bars. I have to walk out to the street for a reliable cell call (AT&T).

for over a week very infrequent reception. "Searching" most of the time. tried new SIM card, reset network settings, even several full restores, not helping. not the phone. friends in same neighborhood with AT&T having similar issues.

I get no reception with T-Mobile around the campus at legacy from preston all the way to the tollway between legacy and tennyson. T-Mobile says that is their strongest area. BS they stink.

Calls seem to drop from time to time around this area... This seems to not only be with T Mobilr service. Friends tell me they drop calls in that area often too and they are on Verizon.

Absolutely no problems with reception. Have never had a dropped call in or around the house.

Very spotty coverage and not consistent. Few dropped calls, but the bars go up and down all the time. Most of the time I have one bar or zero. Ten minutes later it might be three or four, then back to one 20 minutes later. Not reliable. Better on Ohio and Preston and the 121 toll road, worse a bit south to Spring Creek and Preston. All in all, ATT 3G network is only average or a bit low in this zip code.

4-5 bars of reception inside... 5 bars outside. Loudest, clearest and otherwise best phone I have ever owned with any carrier.

Terrible reception in building even close to glass. Dropped calls. Worse since AT&T took over. Im not sure how the network would ahve changed but it worse.

This is rediculous! I'm in the center of a large city! Everyone else gets great signal. Is this phone crap or what?

Terrible reception in my house. Phone would constantly switch from 2 bars digital to 1 bar roaming and back.. and I wasn't even moving! Glad that I switched from Sprint now.

Absolutely no reception in parts of the house. If I am lucky I can get a 1 in parts of some rooms.

Got Full bars all the time. I never have less than 3 bars, I even had full bars overseas in nowhere land.

Outside the building good (5-6 bars) on one side and mixed on the other (3-5 bars). Inside the building, good on the outer rooms (5-6 bars), but in the core of the building you sometimes can't get 2 bars.

Sometimes have trouble finding a signal inside my home. I work in North Dallas at Preston and NW Hwy, and consistently have trouble with reception inside my building. Going downstairs into the parking garage - just forget it, no signal. Other people in my office that have Cingular are still able to talk while in the parking garage. I travel via the Dallas North Tollway, and consistently have trouble in the dip between Arapaho and Beltline. Also have trouble while heading east on George Bush Frwy towards the DNT. Not to mention, Sprint's customer service just stinks. My contract has been over for quite a while, and I am definitely moving. Don't make a mistake and sign a contract with Sprint - their coverage is lousy in quite a few places.

I have to move toward the front of my house to be able to talk. I constantly have to move to make sure that connection is good. I find it impossible to sit in my living room comfortably and hold a conversation. Very frustrating!

Sprint has to have the worst reception up and down Independence. At UTD I will get signal maybe 50% of the time - while this cuts down on the interruptions at work - it is not the reason to have a cell phone. Quality has gone way down hill since I first got Sprint in 1999. I will move to a new company in a few weeks.

cingular has been great in this area. sometimes call gets difficut to hear, but still very acceptable.
