Absolutely no problems with reception. Have never had a dropped call in or around the house.

4-5 bars of reception inside... 5 bars outside. Loudest, clearest and otherwise best phone I have ever owned with any carrier.

This is rediculous! I'm in the center of a large city! Everyone else gets great signal. Is this phone crap or what?

Terrible reception in my house. Phone would constantly switch from 2 bars digital to 1 bar roaming and back.. and I wasn't even moving! Glad that I switched from Sprint now.

Sometimes have trouble finding a signal inside my home. I work in North Dallas at Preston and NW Hwy, and consistently have trouble with reception inside my building. Going downstairs into the parking garage - just forget it, no signal. Other people in my office that have Cingular are still able to talk while in the parking garage. I travel via the Dallas North Tollway, and consistently have trouble in the dip between Arapaho and Beltline. Also have trouble while heading east on George Bush Frwy towards the DNT. Not to mention, Sprint's customer service just stinks. My contract has been over for quite a while, and I am definitely moving. Don't make a mistake and sign a contract with Sprint - their coverage is lousy in quite a few places.

I have to move toward the front of my house to be able to talk. I constantly have to move to make sure that connection is good. I find it impossible to sit in my living room comfortably and hold a conversation. Very frustrating!

Sprint has to have the worst reception up and down Independence. At UTD I will get signal maybe 50% of the time - while this cuts down on the interruptions at work - it is not the reason to have a cell phone. Quality has gone way down hill since I first got Sprint in 1999. I will move to a new company in a few weeks.

Decent reception outside the house. Poor reception inside house. Without antenna extended calls are dropped constantly. With antenna extended I can usually keep a call going with occasional drops.

My house is just south of 15th and just east of W Plano Pkwy. For the past couple of years reception at my house has been terrible. I'm sure it isn't just my cell phone because anyone else who came to visit that had Sprint service also had terrible reception. The phone would regularly switch back and forth between digital and analog roam. Calls were dropped very often. Incoming calls were often missed because the cell phone couldn't be reached. Reception was usually OK if I was in a business area. I called Sprint several times to complain. They never did anything to fix the problem. I switched to Verizon and am now getting great reception.

Very good reception inside AND outside the house, reception somewhat diminishes one by one as you travel into central plano, but there's bound to be another tower in west plano.

Reception was so ad and Sprint so unhelpful that I changed carriers.

Cannot call from my own house. Had this problem with my old Sprint phone, a samsung. At the Sprint store they told me that a Sanyo would get better reception. It did at first, but now a month later the same problems are occuring: can't make calls from home, the phone will cut out in mid call. The thing is, the reception bars on the phone will be good, but it will still cut out. We only have cell phones, no land line, and it is very frustrating. I have resorted to driving around (because you must keep moving or reception goes out) empty parking lots to call my family. I tell all my family, in the future don't go with Sprint!

Within the entire Willowbend Country neighborhood, reception from Sprint is just terrible. After two years of promising upgraded service to this area they have not done it, and basically have lied to everyone who has Sprint service in this neighborhood. Time to move on, Sprint, you're history.

No reception in Loas Rios Park Apartments. Have to go out of the building and try to find a location outside to make the cellphone catch some signal.

Almost no reception inside the house. If I stand in the bathtub near the window, and hold the phone perfectly still, I can make calls. Outside the house the reception is a bit better, but not very strong. My Nextel phone has similar reception problems.
