My house is just south of 15th and just east of W Plano Pkwy. For the past couple of years reception at my house has been terrible. I'm sure it isn't just my cell phone because anyone else who came to visit that had Sprint service also had terrible reception. The phone would regularly switch back and forth between digital and analog roam. Calls were dropped very often. Incoming calls were often missed because the cell phone couldn't be reached. Reception was usually OK if I was in a business area. I called Sprint several times to complain. They never did anything to fix the problem. I switched to Verizon and am now getting great reception.

My in-laws live here but I live in New York City. Even after updating the roaming capabilities, I can only get reception on the second floor of the house. I can see that from the comments for other carriers, this area is just not well covered.

Works fine in front and backyard. Phone is unusable once I pull into the garage. Occasionally I can get a signal if I stand perfectly still next to my kitchen window.

Very good reception inside AND outside the house, reception somewhat diminishes one by one as you travel into central plano, but there's bound to be another tower in west plano.

Since we moved to this area of the metroplex, our cell signal is always poor at the house and we use only our cell phones—no land lines. We can drive a 1 / 2 mile and get great signal, just not at the house. And, Verizon is the dedicated carrier in Plano! One would think the signal coverage would be outstanding. It's so annoying to have calls dropped one after another. Thank goodness Verizon ran fiber in our front yard. Once that's operational, maybe the poor cell signal won't be as critical as downloading speed.

Not only doesn't work reliably inside my house, but also fails or drops calls made from both the front and back yards. EVen when sitting perfectly still, it will drop calls that were temporarily sounding OK. This is not a low location and is dead center in Plano, a major suburb for a major city. Ridiculous!

Coverage outdoors is good. I've only had 3 or 4 dropped calls outside in the 2 years I've been with them. Coverage indoors is average and lately has become below average. Numerous dropped calls, failure to complete calls, can't hear the other party, etc. It has become very frustrating.
