Since January, no reception. Unable to make a phone call or else calls drop continuously. I have never had "great" reception at home, but it has never been this bad. Glad I am no longer under contract. I have been with Sprint for 11 years now, and after my utterly unhelpful Sprint customer service phone call, I am switching carriers.
