Switched from Sprint because had to go outside to avoid dropped calls. Almost no dropped calls with Verizon.

Horrible. Can't get anything inside a building and very poor outside. T-Mobile was better, although not perfect.

Despite the Sprint people's promise to the contrary, I cannot depend on my Raspberry phone in my own office. I can receive a call, but the strength is never above 1.5 bars; the call WILL fail in a few seconds. If I rush outside and dance, the call may stay connected. Why can't Sprint do better-? I pay a fortune for my four lines, but I'm letting my contracts expire, one by one. Verizon seems better.

Almost 3-5 bars inside University buildings, rarely call drops while talking over 30 min. Basically excellent coverage in and around University campus.

Absolutely horrible. I have been a Sprint customer for 7 years and my signal for the past 2 years or so has tanked. I lose 5-10 calls per day and *frequently* end up with "phantom voicemails" whose calls I never saw. All of Melrose is a giant dead zone for me: I can be on any street between Campbell and Spring Valley and lose my call as soon as I cross. I also don't get service inside most buildings at UT Dallas. As much as I love Sprint's customer service (I have been with them for 10 years, am out of contract, and can basically make them do whatever I want at the threat of switching carriers) I am currently in the process of doing so. The T-Mobile store at Coit and Spring Valley seems really friendly and cost-effective, so I'll probably do that. But yeah, stay away from Sprint.

I have sanyo 3100 and LG fusic, excellent reception, as well as novatel wireless aircard using sprints power vision. I get full signal in my apartment as well as very reliable voice and data throughout the richardson\garland area. I believe Sprint has updated coverage in this area as the maps do not show a tower located on this street which is in direct LOS of my apartment. Aircard Performance is EXCELLENT, I have yet to see less than 3 bars, and normal signal is 4-5bars. Cellular phones never drop below a 4. Sprint may be turning things around in this area.

Poor to No reception in my house just off of Jupiter and Renner road. This poor coverage continues down Jupiter road to Campbell road. Had a LG6100 and just switched to the Palm Trea 700w. Service is still the same. Called Verizon and they said that there are no problems in the area. They are going to send a unmarked truck to drive through the area and let me know if there are any problems. Will report back.

Once my wife and I approach this intersection, reception gets worse. As we approach our house (a few blocks away), we lose calls. We rarely have reception at our house (southwest Richardson). We recently switched to Verizon, and we can actually make cell phones calls from our house. What a novel concept! Thank you, Verizon!

Live in Canyon Creek area of Richardson and get very ppor reception from Sprint. I often have dropped calls, and am forced to move to my back patio for conversations.

Works fine when I am on the highway but terrible reception in the building and I am standing against the windows, not in an office. Even worse in McKinney. Dropping calls while standing in my front and back yards. Seemed a lot better when I was with ATT. Since Cingular and ATT merged reception has gone down hill at the office and home.

Unusable In area bounded by Beltline on north, Buckingham on south, Plano Rd.on west and Jupiter on East.

Great service. No blank zones
