Service is good. I drive a lot and never drop calls. Seems most people on here just have it out for Sprint. The customer service and prices are unbeatable! There is 4G in Roanoke but doesn't come in to the home very well. It should be noted that we will be one of the first to get LTE. That goes for all of DFW. 3G isn't the best but works fine. Also! Your phone will roam free, so if Verizon has better service, why isn't it roaming? I hope all the haters jump off Sprint, open it up for me. :)

Most days around 11-1:00 I get a message 'all circuits busy' when trying to call from Roanoke, TX or Grapevine with a SGH-T249

Just cancelled my service today. Have had nothing but dropped calls and calls that roll to VM.

Service is great. Always have 5 bars from west of where I live all the way to Dallas. Very satisfied!

Cingular, I am so done with them. I have had Cingular for almost 4 1 / 2 years now. I get so many dropped calls along 35West going South just after Heritage Trace, 820 going West just past Hwy. 199, like clockwork I would forget about it be talking with someone and they would know where I was. This is not a reception comment but a company comment. Over the last 3 months Cingular has messed up my cell phone bill so bad that when I call to ask them what is going on they can't even begine to figure it out. They tell me well just pay it to keep your phone going and when we figure it out we will credit your account. Their "just pay" would be to the tune of over 1000.00 is errors. Last month among other things they charged me for every single daytime call, including calls made to the other two phones on my account. Yes we have Cingulars friends and family..

Phone rarely even rings- rolls to VM.- Calls regularly drop on Randol Mill.

Six months this location, great signal and not so much as a hiccup in reception.

Phone switches from EVDO to 1X to no signal and incoming calls are often routed to my voicemail without ringing my phone. The funny thing is everything was great for the first few months after I switched from Cingular for the same problems. I have had at least 7 replacement phones since I started having trouble and they all acted the same. I am suspicous that they prioritize phone calls and I had high priority when I was a new customer.

Can normally place calls but phone does not ring when people call me. I have the same problem all over the metroplex. Cingular keeps blaming my phone but they have replace the V60 at least 6 times and I've had numerous other phones also and the problem never changes. I get garbled sound and dropped calls even when in visual of a tower.
