Sprint 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: blackberry curve 8530	The most horrible service we have ever experienced with a cell phone provider. They told us it was the phone... we exchanged it twice. Then they told us it was the tower twice... still not right. Now we are out of our initial 30 days in which we could have switched. All they did was stall us until they had us locked in at day 31. We have called and talked to 12 differnt people so far including supervisors, and still no help. I am at the point of telling them to take the phones and the service and "shove em". Frustrated in Rosharon :(

AT&T 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Apple iPhone	Since Hurricane Ike reception has gone from Below Avg to Poor / No reception. But 4 months ago AT&T told me they would put in a repair order. So it should be fixed in the next couple of years or so.
