I have had this phone for 8 months the last 2 I even have a AT&T microell to boost the reception it is useless. Once you get East of the Dalrock and 66 intersection I drop 1 out of 3 calls and the if I am talking to for more than 5 to 10 minutes it becomes 1 out of 2.

My service is spot on. I've never had a drop call in the 4 months I've been with Sprint. They also have a great staff there at the Sprint store in front of the Walmart. A+ grade from me.

A V tech just confirmed that the signal is "marginal" and permitted us the option to opt-out of V without a penalty for early termination. That's good to hear, but now the question is who does give a good signal?

Dialing from inside my home results in "Call Failed" 85% of the time. We have 4 phones in our plan (all different styles) and the same problem persists with all of them. Also, calls made to the phones go straight to voice mail without attempting to ring phone. No record of call received or missed on phones

There seems to be a hole in the coverage around my neighborhood. I get great reception all around Garland, Dallas, and even out in hte boonies. I've had the same coverage hole with 3 different phones, so I'm sure it's the network. I barely get a signal in my house, if I go outside I can get 1 or 2 bars. T-Mobile *needs* a tower around here!

My reception is dead until I get on Liberty Grove past the Daycare center at Chesa and Liberty Grove or at Dalrock and Princeton. T-Mobile tried to get a tower in but the city denied the request in the council meeting on 08-01-06.

Horrible recpetion. Signal will fluctuate wildly from none at all to two out of five. Every once in awhile I will hit three bars, but it never stays for very long. Most of the time I sit at one bar. Cingular has a tower at Merrit and Liberty Grove, which is less than two miles away. Explain to me why I can be practically right next to the tower and get crap reception. I've had 5 different phones, and they've all done the same thing. Check this site. You'll see lots of people with the same problem in the Rowlett area.

Reception varies for some reason from 1-4, but generally around 1-2.

I cannot use in my house unless I get in my bathtub on second floor where there is no brick--then I get about 2 bars. Our whole subdivision is bad until I get right at the intersection of Dalrock and 66 where the tower is. Other areas are bad also. I am changing carriers as soon as my contract is up!
