Service has improved all around compared to a year ago. Speed tests will show that Sprint is trying very hard to improve its network. I am a satisfied customer. There are parts of town that get terrible service, however I feel that they will improve as they have with my area which was pretty sad last year.Was this review helpful to you?

Worst experience ever, and very frustrating when you can't get through to your family members. My friend living just a block has called me several times, but no calls came through. She wouldn't believe me until she made a call to my phone while I was sitting right next to her. Her phone was ringing, but mine never rang. Really Sprint??! Please get your shit together. We are paying for absolutely no service. If people were not held down by contracts, you guys would have had just a teaspoon full of customers. Sprint has gotten better in the last 6 months, than the last 6 years. My signal went from 2 bars to 4. No drop calls in the last 6 months.Was this review helpful to you?

Terrible reception in the house, if I get reception at all. My I-phone will show three dots at times, but if I try to make or receive a call it usually goes to no service. I can sometimes hear the other person, but they often cannot hear me. Even outside the house service is spotty at best.Was this review helpful to you?
Worst company ever... .I regret signing a contract with them. They lie about coverage and have several hidden fees. My bill is almost 140.00 a month when I was told it would always be under 60.00 for one line. Last month I received a bill for 430.00 and I never use my phone due to no service. Last week spent almost 3 hours in one day trying to rectify issue with customer service to no avail. So be warned... stay away from Sprint.Was this review helpful to you?
