Dropped calls, text messages that don't go through or do the next day, text messages with errors saying: Network Problems ! Call Sprint and they say the same old thing "No Network Problems, Must Be Your Phone! Reception has been horrible since coming here in 2012. Stores have failed to fix the issue. Phone technicians have failed to fix the issue. Field technicians have failed to fix the issue. One even said they don't have some area towers on, and others are not being fixed for reasons beyond his knowledge. He told me to take my business elsewhere. I've had my problem escalated to supposedly the highest department who sent supposedly the best of the best to evaluate / fix the problem. They failed to fix the problem. I have no connection without wifi, and the other poster is correct about other undisclosed fees. I'm changing too.Was this review helpful to you?

A week ago this would have been 5 stars, but over the last week reception in and around my house has degraded both voice and data. I frequently get "call failed" errors and also dont receive calls made to my phone. I pay extra money because ATT had the best service / coverage in SAT, but this is not going to cut it. It is also affecting my wifes service on Cricket - but I know they are essentially one in the same at this point. Very frustrating.Was this review helpful to you?
