Reception has been horrible since coming here in 2012. Stores have failed to fix the issue. Phone technicians have failed to fix the issue. Field technicians have failed to fix the issue. One even said they don't have some area towers on, and others are not being fixed for reasons beyond his knowledge. He told me to take my business elsewhere. I've had my problem escalated to supposedly the highest department who sent supposedly the best of the best to evaluate / fix the problem. They failed to fix the problem. I have no connection without wifi, and the other poster is correct about other undisclosed fees. I'm changing too.Was this review helpful to you?

A week ago this would have been 5 stars, but over the last week reception in and around my house has degraded both voice and data. I frequently get "call failed" errors and also dont receive calls made to my phone. I pay extra money because ATT had the best service / coverage in SAT, but this is not going to cut it. It is also affecting my wifes service on Cricket - but I know they are essentially one in the same at this point. Very frustrating.Was this review helpful to you?
Reception around the city is okay when it comes to data. But I have dropped calls, can't connect to data at times. This and the phone shows a -98 or 3 bars signal. Also being on LTE or 4G seems to not help either. T-Mobile talks a lot of fluff and will say that there helping you out with your issues, but it seems to me that- T-Mobiles towers are over subscribed. Too many people using the few T-Mobile towers that's in San Antonio.Was this review helpful to you?
Since October 2015 I have been periodically reporting to Sprint that the LTE / LTE+ data speeds are unusable at certain times in 78230, 78257 zip codes. Voice and texts work fine. I have spent hours going to the Sprint store on De Zavala Rd twice to have them run diagnostics on my phone (phone tests fine), tweeting to Sprint Customer Care, calling Sprint Care for troubleshooting and finally calling Sprint Executive Offices and reporting the issue. They now have a ticket open for engineering to go out into the field and do some testing. The ticket has been open for three days now so we will see what happens. Bottom line is that if I had not been pushing the issue I wonder how many months or years it would have taken for Sprint to fix the issues?Was this review helpful to you?
Initially, early 2015, reception was very good however approximately 9 mos later started having problems re: lots of beeping and people I call asking " are you there, can you hear me ", then they hang up or call drops. I've called Verizon techs to no avail. Thinking of going back to Sprint however more expensive !Was this review helpful to you?
