I've been with AT&T since the 90's and have always had amazing reception. However this year. 2016 non stop dropped calls, horrible LTE or 4G reception! Often but randomly simply "no service" shows up for my reception. I am so fed up that after all these years, my wife and I have decided to jump this sinking Ship. AT&T get your expensive shit together!

It is so frustrating to use AT&T service on campus and the area around. Basically I have to rely on the wifi provided from school, or I have 0 reception. People always complain about my voice breaking up and phone call drops.

I work inside a hospital and I get data and calls even in the sub levels of the hospital. Service is far from perfect but really I don't have many complaints. I can see where they are making improvements over the years.

i dont understand how I can live smack dab in the middle of a major metropolitan area and have barely 2 bars of signal (sometimes only one bar) but I can work an hour north of town in bfe and get full bars. I feel they're really dumbing down their signals within the cities to force us to purchase their home wifi systems.

I was with Sprint for 14 years and switched to AT&T due to data speed. At first data speed was awesome but since they got crickets and grasshoppers using their towers data speed is terrible and in some instance their so called LTE is slower then 4 G. I have had dropped calls and failed calls lately which was never an issue in the past. Come on AT&T wake up and get your stuff together as this is not at all acceptable. I called customer service and after resetting and making all kinds of changes and being on the phone with them for 37 minutes he concluded that it was my iPhone. I made an appointment and went to apple in Austin as my kid is in a school there. The guy at Apple ran a speed test and I got 60 Mbps where I got 1.9 Mbps in san atonio. The apple guy said there is nothing wrong with this phone it is the sucky service in San Antonio.

Horrible service and coverage. Way overpriced also. Sprint is no good. When we first switched to Sprint 2 years ago (contract is up thank goodness, time to bail on this garbage service) I called their "customer service" about constant dropped calls. So ironic they had to call me back 4 times since my phone dropped the call with them constantly. No solution or fix or help at all. Don't use Sprint. You'll regret it.

Dropped calls, text messages that don't go through or do the next day, text messages with errors saying: Network Problems ! Call Sprint and they say the same old thing "No Network Problems, Must Be Your Phone! This is gotten so old that I'm in the process of looking for a new carrier, but not AT&T for sure!
