Very good reception just about all the time.

I switched to Verizon from ATT a couple years ago and have been very happy with that move. Reception is key for me.

Living out in the hill country I still get great service, only problem is that I have to go upstairs or by a window to use my 3G. Never have dropped calls.

great service for me but when friends with AT&T or T-Mobile come over they cant get serivce.

Even get excellent reception inside a metal building that gave me no service at all with AT&T

My cell phone works fine. Don't know what the other Verizon users problem is. Take off your tin hats.

I work at the Texas Research Park and I get 0 reception inside the building. In order for me to get any service at all I have to go stand in the parking lot. I have spoken with Verizon extensively and they stated that they would let me out of my contract without penalty, but I assume that is more due to the fact that everytime that I talk on the phone at work they are having to pay Sprint for my connection (the Sprint tower is about 300m away from the building).

I get iffy coverage in certain classroom buildings, but in the dorms I usually have enough signal to make calls. The coverage in the Olmos Park area is pretty bad, and when I am indoors I usually only have enough signal to send a text message but not make a call. I think part of the problem is my phone though. It has been replaced three times in one year due to major software issues.

I have had Verizon for 4 years now after bad experiences with ATT. I have never had dropped calls.

10 -15 calls lost a day, a black hole in zerizon coverage.

Always been good at my home near the Medical center, though I know of one major "dead spot" on Callaghan Rd about 1.4 miles from home, as I drive toward Fredericksburg Rd. Over all, very good reception with the Verizon Co. Beats my previous provider all over the place.

My cell phone does not work in my condo. My service with Cingular is horrible, almost everywhere. I travel some and have intermittent reception everywhere I go, from FL to AK.

I rarely get a bar in or near my house - and we live relatively close to the Medical Center.

I get good reception everywhere but at my house. At home, calls drop frequently unless I stand in my driveway. Everywhere else calls are pretty stable and clear. Only dropps when I'm in a low spot.

My old Nokia 5185 never dropped a call here. The new Nokia 3589i constantly drops calls here. Has been reprogrammed physically and still does it. I'm ready to reactivate my old phone. Not as pretty, but it works!
