T-Mobile

T-Mobile service in this area is deplorable. Text message delivery fails. Calls drop constantly. Voicemails show up days later. Online access is up to the phone, rarely cooperative when you need it most. Weekends are even worse. Ive logged dozens of complaints and T-Mobile refuses to rectify the situation. This isn't just in my house, its in the backyard and frontyard, too. Service doesn't go to 5 bars until I go north on San Pedro. DO NOT get T-Mobile in SA or at least inside 410. Horrible! Their customer service people are clueless also.

I don't think I have the patience to hold out much longer with my Sprint plan. Their coverage map is deceiving giving inaccurate information, I only get 2 bars inside or out, it's the worst even though they say the signal is strong.

I have no problems with my phone calls, data is another story. I have been with Sprint for 12 years now, I am sorry to say I have never been so disappointed with them. The mistake I made is I went and bought the FASTEST (so called) Iphone 5's with LTE. Hmmm! the last time I saw some decent speed was in Houston, but in San Antonio I could probably convey the message by walking to the person I am sending the message to. I called Sprint and I told them I was planning to cancel my service, at first they threatened to sue me if I didnt pay the early termination fee, once I explained what I was going through and that I had proof that they are lying on their website about LTE service around my home their tone changed, they started to offer me some freebies or discounts on my plan. I am still with them but after reading all that others have had to say I might just stay with them. I thought Sprint was the only ones with issues but I see other carriers have their own problems. I might as well pay less and have issues then to pay more and have similar issues.

Half of my calls wind up being dropped or they can't hear me when I answer. Some calls go to voicemail and the phone never rings. ATT says there are several towers in the area and that I "SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET AT LEAST 3 BARS IN THIS AREA"... ... Signal strength is 2 bars about half of the time and 1 bar the rest of the time. When it's 1 bar it might as well be no bars. Always excuses, no action from ATT.

2 bars. Brand new house in established subdivision and I get 2 bars inside. Except if I hang out of the upstairs window or stand in the middle of the back yard and / or street - then I get 3 if I'm lucky. I can hear the person on the other end perfectly - but they can seldom hear me.

I don't have even the strength of a G network speed. And I am paying for a G4 speed. Not good company.I have been calling for three month. They promise to fix and do noting.

Sprint really needs to put more towers in south San Antonio!

Very good voice and data reception. Always 3g at least, normally 4g. Very good considering we're well on the outskirts of town, outside 1604 near Sea World. Sniffing around T-Mobile, though, just because of the excessive cost and especially because of data limits.
