AT&T

Phone calls are Good. The problem is voice mail. With the phone on, it may be days when all of a sudden a message comes through. Also, with no up front time stamp it causes confusion. Will shop for a better service provider

Started service with AT&T in a different state. Service was okay. Moved to Texas and I now have at least 5-6 dropped calls a day. I am counting down the months before I can get out of the 2-year contract. Even considered paying the money but getting out earlier. Disappointing.

Well my poor rating has nothing to do with the reception but it has to do with the internet access. I've had T-Mobile for about 6 years now and I really havent had any issues when it comes to calls but about a week ago around the sea world area my interent wont work... I thought it was the settings on my phone, I even had the simm card changed but that wasnt the issue... I leave this area and I get my internet access back... I know they just put new reception towers in the area and it could be that they're blocking my signal but ugh its just so frustrating! I want to be able to use my interent everywhere I go... reason why I pay 34.99 every month! please TMOBILE fix this issue!

I have 3 phones with AT&T for 18 months now. I am counting down the months when I can switch to a different network. We had switched from Sprint cause of the drop calls. AT&T was good at first, but we started getting poor service around the time that the IPhone came along, I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I constantly lose calls and the bars on my phone stays at 0 to 3. My husband has just got tired of using his phone because of bad service. The service remains the same even outside the home.

i just recently got back with Sprint and my service is always working good even when I went fishing in the gulf of mexico, I guess the good service really depends on the device you have but I think that the same with all phone companies.

I have 2 phones on 2 different carriers(Htc hero / sprint and blackberry / ATT). Sprint has 100% better reception than ATT. From inside South texas deer blinds near Freer and Rockport TX to South Padre, my ATT friends are always asking to use my Sprint phone(past 8 years). It is frustrating when I can't get a signal inside buildings with ATT at 281 / Bitters, Fredricskburg road, 151 / 1604 but and I switch to my spriint phone and it works. The Verizon ads are dead on about ATT coverage maps.

I've had AT&T for 2 years 7 months. Same phone the whole time. Very few dropped calls, good reception.

overall decent service however I do always get a dropped call at the I-35 and I-10 interchange. in all fairness I did notice a church down there and they may be using a scrambler. Other than that decent all around town and down the main highway corridors.

I have had two Sprint PCS wireless Broadband cards for more than two years and the service is so bad that a normal download for me is at about 7 to 10 K, yes single digit K. The only reason I have these cards is that they are paid for by my company but I can't put up with the poor service anymore. I have contacted Sprint many times over the last two years and they didn't care to do anything for me. It will be better if I spend my own money on something that might work than put up with this lousey service any longer. It's a shame I live in the country and can't get wireline service!
