Sprint besides gouging us with high prices.. their customer service..cell reception and Internet is pathetic..Cell towers have been down for 3 days and want to compensate my internet business $20 and it's still down till who knows when..Sprint says they have the best coverage..Bulls$%t

Me and my wife signed up for the minimum plan, $35 each with 3G of data. Upon checking my bill, there was a $9.00 insurance plan which I had refused, and a $20 Internet Access charge for Smartphones. So, the advertised $35 dollar plan is really $64 dollars, PLUS all the taxes and fees. We were never told about the additional charges, and the store clerk Isaiah, very rudely told me that is part of all plans, and if I didn't want to pay it, I could find another carrier. I definitely will!

I almost put no reception, but then I remembered if I walk about 500-600 ft into our parking lot or put my phone in the bucket I hung from the roof and wear my Bluetooth I can make calls almost half of the time... btw, that was not a joke! Had to resort to that a couple times when I knew I would be getting an important call that day but unsure when. Still, 50 / 50 chance that my phone won't ring and I'll get a few notifications from calls that went direct to voicemail... I know it's going to be a bad day when my WiFi is acting up! Thanks spectrum and T-Mobile! U SUCK!

2-3 times a year I go to Hamilton Texas my Home Town. I have not been able to make calls nor recieve... not even text. I need to reach people in San Antonio and other contacts and cannot. This is a make ore bread situation for Sprint and me. It appears we have solved the issue. Within 3 or 4 months I will be going back and we will fine out.
