I have 2 phones on 2 different carriers(Htc hero / sprint and blackberry / ATT). Sprint has 100% better reception than ATT. From inside South texas deer blinds near Freer and Rockport TX to South Padre, my ATT friends are always asking to use my Sprint phone(past 8 years). It is frustrating when I can't get a signal inside buildings with ATT at 281 / Bitters, Fredricskburg road, 151 / 1604 but and I switch to my spriint phone and it works. The Verizon ads are dead on about ATT coverage maps.

I've had AT&T for 2 years 7 months. Same phone the whole time. Very few dropped calls, good reception.

I was with T Mobile for 7 years... they just stink. I had gone through a period of 4 years... dropped calls constantly... pissed me off! they said, "oh, they are putting up towers in the area!" they never bothered. I was too patient. We tried different phones, etc. Still the same crap... I DO NOT LIKE T MOBILE AT ALL. I have gone to Cricket, I have a Motorola Evoke phone that I like. It is a touchy phone, but I like it.

overall decent service however I do always get a dropped call at the I-35 and I-10 interchange. in all fairness I did notice a church down there and they may be using a scrambler. Other than that decent all around town and down the main highway corridors.

I have called 1 a week for 3 months. t-Mobile has changed the phone three times... still same problem. Checked tower..they say there is no problem. I drop calls, miss calls... .

I have had two Sprint PCS wireless Broadband cards for more than two years and the service is so bad that a normal download for me is at about 7 to 10 K, yes single digit K. The only reason I have these cards is that they are paid for by my company but I can't put up with the poor service anymore. I have contacted Sprint many times over the last two years and they didn't care to do anything for me. It will be better if I spend my own money on something that might work than put up with this lousey service any longer. It's a shame I live in the country and can't get wireline service!

I have traded phones twice thinking its the phone. I have AT&T. I have called them at least 10 times. I have been to the ATT store 3 times. I call them crying sometime. Even while on the phone with ATT, I warned the man that we would be disconnected and quickly gave him my land line number. Good thing == because he was gone a second later. Best Buy says it isn't my phone - its ATT. AT&T says we have great reception out here. BAH Humbug

great service for me but when friends with AT&T or T-Mobile come over they cant get serivce.

For four years now, my original LG Sprint phone has no reception within my home. At most one bar then drops off. Worked with Sprint to correct this problem after trying two Arwave units, neither of these devices worked within the home. The tower is only one mile away, yet I have to leave the house to receive reception. Not sure what to do next.

i've had the same phone (motorola razor v3xx) since we signed up with at&t. we lived in the bay area in california, and never got a dropped call. ever! well, we moved 2 months ago to san antonio, and i've had so many dropped calls! sometimes, 3 dropped calls in less than 10 minutes... I can be right next to a window, and same thing, dropping calls... so annoying... I called at&t, they've been sending upgrades to my phone, checking signal and all, and it seems like the problem is that my phone has a 3g technology and it's picking the weakest signal instead of the other great signal from the 3 towers that are in my area... go figure... my phone is under warranty, but they want to make sure it's not a phone issue before they replace it... in the meantime, I get to keep suffering. some days are better than others, but still annoying...

We have to drive a mile to get enough bars to make a call! Does anyone have a service that covers the NE area? Camelot, Windcrest, Walzem,etc? I find it absurd to be paying Sprint when there's no coverage at home. We have children all over the world and need the added benefit of a cell phone. Can someone help us..please?!

Even get excellent reception inside a metal building that gave me no service at all with AT&T

I live in Westcreek. Sprint has very poor reception. I can never talk to anyone in my house-way too many dropped calls. Everyone has to call me back on my landline phone. It is very annoying. I have been with Sprint for too long. Time to change!

I have AT&T and I love it. Never any problems, great tv service as well.

I moved further than 211 and I have good service. Not one dropped call in this area yet. More dropped calls off of culebra / 1604 than anything

We have Sprint and basically have no reception in Anaqua Springs Ranch. Occasionally there is one bar and a text message will come through, but unless you are at the very top of a hill in the neighborhood... ... no service for sprint... and even the roaming ?Verison is not usable. Any suggestions for a cell service out in this area? I really think it's due to lack of towers in this vacinity, but I would be happy to switch to another company if they could give me even mediocre service rather than "none" from Sprint.

Has anyone had problem with getting notified you have a message the day after you recieved it? It is a very frustrating thing to be told someone left you a message and not getting it till the following day and it is too late to take care of the problem.

Virgin mobile has been for me the best phone ever to have invested my money on. I have been with Cingular would not recommend it to anyone, Sprint also another bad company to deal with to many hassles to cut services a waste of time and money. T-Mobile thats a great company kinda expensive but when you have a problem with dicontinuing receiving text msg not good in service. I go sightseeing a lot in the country and virgin mobile has a great reception out of the rest.

I have been with T- mobile for 5 yrs and its been great to sum everything up. I get awesome reception at the break room in the walmart and hardly anyone has reception there. Sprint did not do that for me not even close extremely poor reception in the break room.
