I have to place the phone ion different windowa of the house to try and find a signal. If they are raising the bar it's nowhere near me. I can go outside my house and see the tower, but I have no reception. I don't know of anyone in my nieghborhood that doesn't have reception problems.

I have had Verizon for 4 years now after bad experiences with ATT. I have never had dropped calls.

Very poor coverage, even outside on the deck. In the parking lot - forget it!

10 -15 calls lost a day, a black hole in zerizon coverage.

Never have problems with Sprint. Reception rarely drops under 4 bars and 80% of the time I've got 5. Dropped calls are usually on the other end. I notice newer Sprint customers have alot of problems. Are newer customers on newer more unreliable frequencies? I've been with Sprint for 8 years and I'm not switching anytime soon.

Have to go to the driveway for any kind of reception, and even then it's choppy

Always been good at my home near the Medical center, though I know of one major "dead spot" on Callaghan Rd about 1.4 miles from home, as I drive toward Fredericksburg Rd. Over all, very good reception with the Verizon Co. Beats my previous provider all over the place.

We have two different phones; a lot of promises but same problems previously reported... no reception at all... .

My wife and I have different model phones - mine is a Blackberry 8700c and hers a Motorola flip phone. Cingular service here is terrible. I'm trying to find out which carrier would have superior coverage in the NE area at Stahl and Rocky Creek. For the first year the coverage was acceptable but for the last 4 months - forget it! They keep telling us the coverage is good but we know it isn't. Something had to change and they won't even look into it.
