Honestly, it's like not having any internet service for your phone. I have never actually been impressed with my cell reception any where. Having unlimited data is truly worthless when you never can actually connect to your data. I hate Sprint with all my heart. It is the absolute worst company I have ever used or dealt with. It is pathetic that they consider themselves a company. I hope they declare bankruptcy and never do business with anyone again. It is horrible that my phone never gets service anywhere. They refuse to increase the number of cell towers and coverage area. There is not a location in this world where Sprint connection is strong. I hope that the company goes out of business.

I only obtained reception (weak one-to-two bars) within a small area of the high school campus. I certainly need a way to communicate with my coworkers and my current provider is not filling that void.

Moved to San Antonio from Chicago in January and immediately began having reception issues while in my home. Cannot receive or make a call without having them getting dropped or lost after 15 seconds but only in the house. Complained to Verizon and after purchasing two different Network Extenders and working with several technicians over the phone the problem still exists. I asked the last service rep that I spoke with if I am the only client that Verizon has that has this problem and Verizon cannot fix it. Her reply was, "Go to AT&T" Nice comment... Come on VERIZON step up!

My LTE speeds are super fast. I have never had a problem with T-Mobile in this área. I get signal everywhere in San Antonio too,

I had bad coverage living in the suburbs of St. Louis. But since I moved to San Antonio, my signal strength has excellent... even able to make calls without dropping in our apt elevator. My work phone is AT&T and comparing the signal strength between the two, has been similar or better with T-Mobile. Also enjoying the freebies on T-Mobile Tuesdays! Got a free movie ticket this week.

I switched from AT&T one of the worse mistakes I have ever made. Before switching I asked the sales rep about coverage in my area he said "great coverage all towers have been updated" I don't know where he got his info from. Coverage SUCKS! Going back to AT&T. Dropped called, dropped texts, no service really!

new phone. just 2 months old I had better reception with my IPhone 4 with no memory left than I am having with this Samsung Galaxy express Phone conversations cut on and off and also dropped. I have not had this problem since switching to AT&T. What is the problem?????

It is so frustrating to use AT&T service on campus and the area around. Basically I have to rely on the wifi provided from school, or I have 0 reception. People always complain about my voice breaking up and phone call drops.
