I have Sprint Service and it is not good at all. I just went and got a T Mobile Hotspot this afternoon so that I try something else. I have had my good share of issues with Sprint. I have been a customer for over 14 years but I think it is time to move on. All the service providers are rip-off anyway. I just which they can live up to what they advertise and what we pay for. Sprint says get all the data that you want because we know that most of the time you will not get service! I will post here when after a few days of trying T-Mobile. Thanks for this website.

Sprint has by far the worst coverage, as well as the absolute worst customer service. While trying to resolve the issue of zero connectivity in my home, I was transferred without warning twice, and finally hung up on by the third representative I was having to deal with. When I terminated my contract with them this morning, the representative didn't even have a proper response. "Well, uh, thank you for being our customer for a bit. I appreciate it"... What?

Sprint is the biggest piece of garbage on the planet. I install home security system so my job takes me all around the city and I get little to no service with this crap. Data is always buffering or unable to connect. 1x and 4 bars on LTE is pretty much the same thing. the area of 410 between Babcock and Bandera is a complete dead zone. and if youre on 151.. the bars might as well hold up a middle finger at you because you are SOL... It should be illegal for Sprint to "provide service" in San Antonio because it is a huge scam

Sprint's reception is so poor in San Antonio I was almost better off using native GPS alone rather than trying to use tower assisted. I would show up at a location and my phone would show me still on the other side of town. Lots of dropped calls. I was out of plan anyway and decided to go Verizon prepaid. Have terrific, cheap service now. Called to cancel with Sprint and they informed me they will NOT cancel service immediately and pro-rate the end of a coverage period, so exiting users have to pay their entire bill. So if your cycle is on the 1st, and you cancel the 3rd, you will pay for 27 days of non-use while on another carrier with the same number. I've never had a carrier do this, even if it's technically legal. I assume the legit carriers are interested in return customers and don't want to create bad blood. So for Sprint, it means they are very aware people who leave are never coming back. Which is why they literally argue with you when cancelling service. Adios Sprint. You won't be a brand in 10 years.

I have lived in this area for 5 years, in two different houses about 5 blocks apart. In the first house (4 years), reception was spotty inside, but consistainly good (three bars) outside. At the new house it is from zero to three bars regardless; inside or out. It is very troublesome as it comes and goes. At one bar they can't hear you, if it goes to zero the call drops. As soon as it drops the call you look and it's at three bars.

14 year customer that will not be with them for year 15. Their service has absolutely gone to hell, especially data. Their pricing is good and the unlimited data plan sounds great. However, it's like going to an all-you-can-eat restaurant that has no food. Unlimited nothing is still nothing.

I've used Verizon for over 10 years. I've never had a problem with their voice or data signals wherever I was. This didn't change after moving to San Antonio in Sept. 2013. Admittedly, their data speeds are a little slow, and I sometimes wonder if they're throttling at times. My biggest complaint about Verizon is price. I very much dislike their move from unlimited data to paying by gigabyte. I find myself having to be very careful about my data usage some months. I've been looking into switching to another provider, but, other than AT&T, no one seems to have decent coverage. I guess you get what you pay for.
