Had problems 3 days ago (12 / 28 / 11) with phone going into roaming every 5 -10 seconds. The alert sound would go off constantly. Finally had to turn it off. Been with Sprint for over 9 years. Had never had this problem. Now am unable to make or receive calls. Help! Have a new phone-less than 6 mos. old. Called Sprint - said it may be the phone and if Sprint phone repair store can't fix it, then they would send a tech to check the towers in area. Otherwise, they would give me a refurbished phone. Can you believe that???? Checked with relatives that have Sprint. Said they also have had phone problems the last few days! What's go on???

I've had Sprint forover 4 years and used to be a happy customer. But lately, I have seen the reception clarity slowly deteriorate through the years in this part of Texas. It could be the phone. I'm constantly losing calls in the area. King Ranch area of Hwy 77 used to be strong but has some areas weakness. Will probably try another service to see how they par.
