We had Verizon, reception started going down hill in August of 2015. On April 2, we went to AT&T kiosk at The Woodlands Mall and switch service from Verizon to AT&T. At that time we explained to the AT&T rep about the poor reception at our house. They assured us and even put it in writing in our records that we could get a free booster if home reception was poor. Today after one week of one bar in the house, we called about our free booster. We were told that we would need to purchase cell phones from AT&T before a booster would work. "Bottom line, no booster, you can go to another carrier".Was this review helpful to you?
Had reasonable good signal, but then after a new cell tower was installed in our area six months ago, we have not been able to get more than one bar in our house. Verizon said it was our iPhones, but Apple gave my wife a new iPhone to prove it was not the phone. Verizon denied there was any problem and refused to give us a signal booster. We bought one (not from Verizon) and Verizon refused to register it to their system. Life is full of choices. Verizon chose to not help us. We choose to drop Verizon.Was this review helpful to you?
My service was horrible at home until I heard of a company that boosts the signal. I called Bluefish Technologies and had them install a Booster in my home and my service is great now. No dropped calls, 4GLTE works great now, speed has increased. The guys were great, really down to Earth and very helpful to answer any questions I had and even helped me fix my computer. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who has trouble with their cell service at home.Was this review helpful to you?
I had ATT for years and never had a single issue. Switch yesterday to T-Mobile (to save some bucks) and I can not call anybody (4 different phones with the same result). No doubt they are the uncarrier! I am also getting acquainted with their message "all circuits are busy, please try your call later" So I guess we are trapped. No reception in my home. If it wasn't for my device's ability to make and receive calls via WiFi I would have dropped Sprint when I moved here. I have had Sprint since 2000 and until I moved to Houston I have always been a fan. Not now. I am currently looking for a new provider even though my contract is not up.Was this review helpful to you?

TOO EXPENSIVE! They cut back your data to super slow speeds after 2G, even on the unlimited everything plan. I pay up to $118 monthly for slow ass data. Reception is perfect, even when I traveled to Mexico, the Carribean, and Louisiana when my T-Mobile friends didn't. I heard At&T isn't much better. I have shopped Verizon prepaid plans-waste. They charge for data overages after charging the most of all prepaid plans available. My contract is up this month. Help!Was this review helpful to you?
I have Had Verizon since they started service in the Houston area. The reception 90% of the time is outstanding both voice and data everywhere I go. I have reception when ATT &T Mobile does not have any this I see all the time. I have unlimited data which Verizon no longer offers because they now use it a a major revenue stream. I pay dearly for their service but my plan ends soon and I'm terrified of changing to another carrier. All cell phone companies are thieves and most of them suck. I know I'm going to have to do something and I'll probably just keep getting robbed by Verizon they know they have the best service and from the nightmares I've heard about customer service Verizon is good in that department also.Was this review helpful to you?
