We literally receive "no service" indication on our phones inside the house and must step away from it outside to get a couple of bars. The coverage map appears to reflect a major hole between Hardy Toll Rd.and 59. Hate to leave Verizon because the coverage is good in so many other places, but we simply cannot not have good cell service. Verizon, get on this problem!

Very poor wireless and internet connectivity in my area. Don't bother paying extra for speed because connection is not accurate nor consistent regardless. Constantly dealing with internet outages and dropped calls, text message errors, etc. Customer service and billing system also get 1 star or less. In addition, they charge more than other carriers in the area. I'm confused as to how they're still in business in this area.

1 bar, 3 g if I'm lucky. Most of the time it's in LTE mode. Sprints service and it's promises of coverage are so bad it borders on being criminal.

We had Verizon, reception started going down hill in August of 2015. On April 2, we went to AT&T kiosk at The Woodlands Mall and switch service from Verizon to AT&T. At that time we explained to the AT&T rep about the poor reception at our house. They assured us and even put it in writing in our records that we could get a free booster if home reception was poor. Today after one week of one bar in the house, we called about our free booster. We were told that we would need to purchase cell phones from AT&T before a booster would work. "Bottom line, no booster, you can go to another carrier".

Had reasonable good signal, but then after a new cell tower was installed in our area six months ago, we have not been able to get more than one bar in our house. Verizon said it was our iPhones, but Apple gave my wife a new iPhone to prove it was not the phone. Verizon denied there was any problem and refused to give us a signal booster. We bought one (not from Verizon) and Verizon refused to register it to their system. Life is full of choices. Verizon chose to not help us. We choose to drop Verizon.

My service was horrible at home until I heard of a company that boosts the signal. I called Bluefish Technologies and had them install a Booster in my home and my service is great now. No dropped calls, 4GLTE works great now, speed has increased. The guys were great, really down to Earth and very helpful to answer any questions I had and even helped me fix my computer. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who has trouble with their cell service at home.

I had ATT for years and never had a single issue. Switch yesterday to T-Mobile (to save some bucks) and I can not call anybody (4 different phones with the same result). No doubt they are the uncarrier! I am also getting acquainted with their message "all circuits are busy, please try your call later" So I guess we are trapped. Expensive ATT or useless T-Mobile.

Cricket has a bad rep due to some vanity thing people have with cell phones.

No reception in my home. If it wasn't for my device's ability to make and receive calls via WiFi I would have dropped Sprint when I moved here. I have had Sprint since 2000 and until I moved to Houston I have always been a fan. Not now. I am currently looking for a new provider even though my contract is not up.

I have an AT&T Wireless Home Base. Reception is horrible. Voices garbled and really bad time relay--talk over each other. I. A not live with this situation much longer.
