We are up very high on a hill, and still our service has gotten worse and worse over the last 4 years. I used to be able to talk anywhere at my house. Now I get a talk-worthy signal about 1 out of 10-14 days, even outside. It's so bad that even my texts don't always go through. Have complained to Sprint and just get apologies. Have had Sprint phones for over 10 years now; you'd think they'd be more responsive. I am actively trying to find an alternative provider.

Tried them all, and none, I mean NONE do what they say they will. The clerk at Radio Shack in Decatur told me I could get an antenna, plug it into my phone and hold my arm up and walk around that way and get a signal. When I asked the store owner if he would do something like that, he said I dont think so, why would I then. Anyway sorry service, and we see the Samsung people from california driving around all the time with their sign on the side of their van, "cell phone testing in progress" Well keep trying, you have not got it yet.
