	As far as signal goes, you have a full strength in Tatum. The problem is that Cingular does not own the tower you are roaming on in town. The tower / network was purchased by Cellular One of East Texas in late 2005. Since then, you receive "Network Busy" errors on about 50% of your outgoing calls and many incoming calls go straight to voicemail regardless of your signal strength. So the signal may be great, but that doesn't mean your call will go through. Compared to Alltel, well, there is no comparison.
