I never have any problems with 3G or Edge data and only rarely have problems with dropped calls (once every week or so)

I switch over to Verizon from AT&T due to lack of AT&T coverage in the area (rural area). Verizon works really well. They are adding some new towers in some dead to low cell areas this year! I'm very pleased with Verizon!

I have to go outside and stand in the yard between the 4th fence post and the house.Sometimes I can get 2 bars in order to dial but 9 out 10 calls are dropped. There is no local Verizon customer service in this area. This is RIDICULOUS in this day and time. The only reason I chose Verizon was to converse with my daughters in Houston and Oregon. Verizon uses Alltel towers and no telling who elses. I'm at a lose to decide which company to switch to. I give up!

If we go in certain rooms of the house we "MIGHT" get a call to go theough. Dont even think about using your vision service out here. I called Sprint and spoke to one of their reps about the poor reception in my area and she advised me to go to the web-site and request more towers. But if Sprint has so many customers in this area, I think its their job to already have them provided or try to get more so customers can actually use their services. Because one good deed deserve another, they want our payment on time every month.

Very poor signal out this area. have reported it for about 4 years now, but nothing seems to be done about it.
