Horrible reception in and around this entire area. Have no bars at all in the house and only 1 when going outside. At the corner of my cul de sac, I can actually see the tower!

Before Cingular was bought out by AT&T, I never EVER had a dropped call. Now, drops daily all over town - I really love my iPhone, but can't wait to switch contracts. I'll go to a phone I don't love just to use the telephone reliably!

In the house the service is pityful. Step outside and it becomes marginal.

My calls always get dropped, people can't even get my voicemail to pick up, I always get network busy messages, when my car broke down 2 weeks ago I had to walk 2 miles to get reception, then some weirdo was trying to pick me up and following me and it told me it was invalid to dial 911. I had to call a friend to call the police for me! I call Sprint constantly and they keep doing "updates". The biggest pain is that I have NEVER gotten a bill, and when I called because they turned my service off they told me it was my responsibility to know when to pay my bills on time, not theirs to send me a bill. Then they told me if I switched to e-mail (paperless) billing they'd take $5 off my current bill, so guess what... yup, still no bill.

Service is much better using a Cingular SIM card than the old AT&T Wireless SIM card. I could not even get a signal in my house with the old SIM card, now I get 3-5 bars consistently with very good reception using a Cingular SIM card.

I have had this phone for 14 days and had nothing but problems. These are the problems I have had so far. 1.) Always get a network busy message. 2.) When someone calls me, they are always sent to voicemail even though I am not on the phone. 3.) Phone shows all bars but I can't make a call. 4.) When there is a storm I can guarantee that I will loose my service. I will give it another week before I cancel the service and try verizon.
