Very poor service since Verizon sold their Texas business. One to zero bars (0 in Whitehouse) seems to be the rule. The foreign service rep yesterday told us "the techs are working on it, and we should use our WiFi". Really? Was this review helpful to you?

Good voice quality data speeds vary in the country but closer to Tyler and longview the signal is awesome. 5x faster than Verizon and at&t. at up to 35 mb / s. Drove to Paris tx from tyler and only lost signal around mineola also great signal from dfw to Shreveport on i20Was this review helpful to you?
I have always had a near perfect connection with AT&T, and now that 4G LTE is in Tyler, it just got better! Was this review helpful to you?
T-Mobile has really shown improvement in the Rockwall area. I have to say T-Mobile is now the best in The Shores Neighborhood and surrounding area. No other carrier gets a signal inside my house besides them. Not even to make a call(clear). Was this review helpful to you?
have to sit by certain window to carry on phone callWas this review helpful to you?
Spotty connection while in the car in this area. Calls are commonly dropped while driving all along Old Jacksonville from Fresh to Gresham. Reception is also bad in the nearby neighborhoods. Reception at home is spotty. I have to leave the phone out of my pocket to get reception. If I move the phone too much then I lose reception or the call is dropped. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint is the worst cell phone company currently on the market. I pay over a hundred dollars and barely get reception. Of course Sprint has unlimited data... .but it's unlimited because you barely use it with the mediocre reception received. Don't switch to Sprint or even sign a contract with them. I'm pissed off I still have 2 years left with them. FMLWas this review helpful to you?
I'm pretty happy with T-Mobile. I love the unlimited data and tethering to my Chromebooks. I calculate I'm paying $40 less than similar plan on Verizon. Customer service is MUCH better than AT&T to whom I will never return. With T-Mobile I have no surprises except 4G coverage is almost as fast as my Suddenlink cable serviceWas this review helpful to you?
