reception is good for the most part. I work at bamc and get on and off service inside the building but other than that they have pretty good coverage here.

In all my years with Sprint, I have never been able to use my cell phone in my house. Our home is in a valley that faces away from San Antonio. I have to go sit outside in order to call.

Stay away from T-Mobile. The reception is terrible. Constantly dropped calls. When I called customer service to complain, they assured me that the problem was not due to their network, but was due to my phone. So I exchanged my Motorola for a Nokia, which in effect extended my contract with them. I'm still having the same problem and now I have to wait several more months before I can cancel.
