Since April my reception has been horrible! Before that never had an issue, service was great! I do know that Verizon had tower conversions during this time I can not receive or make calls inside my house. Sometimes can not when I am outside. I am 1 / 2 mile from a tower. There is definitely a problem! Something outside is interfering with the signal or there is no signal from the tower. I have made a tremendous number of Calls to Verizon and finAlly have reached a tech manager that is working on the issue! Hopefully they will get it fixed! I wonder if the local wireless Internet company could be effecting the radio frequency that Verizon is utilizing?? Just a thought? Can't continue paying for 4 phones that are only working 50% of the time! I do not want to leave Verizon but may have to :(

AT&T has no reception in this area. Have tried working with tech support with no success. Can't get out of our contract for another year no matter how hard I've tried. Will go with Verizon as soon as I can. I know Verizon works here because have used a freind's cell phone with full bars even inside the house. BTW - AT&T tech would not do anything to help us - he said it wasn't AT&T's fault we moved to this location.

Have had service for 6 years. Poor reception, must be outside and even then very poor.

Reception very intermittent, and can't use phone inside house!
