I have nearly full bars all round the square and most of Wimberley. I have a Sprint work phone and it barely has a signal, if at all.

Can use phone outside of house but not indoors. Have metal roof which does not help. Overall, away from the house get very good reception except a few spots on FM 2325 between Wimberley and Blanco and a few places between Blanco and Fredericksburt on 1888. Excellent coverage to Tucson and 90% good to Denver.

I never have reception away from I35, but was supposed to have it all the way to Denton, TX. NOPE. Nothing north of Temple. I never have Cricket reception in Wimberley. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

sorry -- I mean SPRINT obviously :) spell checker changed it. SPRINT has no reception out here.

Drops constantly, even with four bars on phone. An absolute nightmare. Spring should NOT be considered by anyone in this area. When I took my unit back to the store to complain, they just laughed at me and asked what I expected 'living out there.' Spring NOT AN OPTION for Wimberley. Don't waste your time. Really.

Go 150 yards up Crazy Cross or Valley Springs back toward 2358 and you get great reception. ATT works much better at this location. So just because you live in or around Wimberley you can have hot spots that give good reception or no reception so you better have your friends come by and test them all out at your location.

Found out AFTER signing up with Sprint that we are not even in their service area. Works fine when I get into D Springs and in the cities, but it's tough to get a decent signal out here! I have heard T-Mobile is probably the best way to go for this area (though nothing will work perfectly!) for now

Voice works pretty good most areas of town. Data is 2G or Edge max.

No problems indoors or outdoors in the area of the neighborhood. Some reception difficulties between Wimberley and Blanco while traveling down the Blanco Highway.
