dropped calls, connections take forever. Have 4 bars until you actually try to use the phone. Have to go outside to make calls.

1 bar to 4 bars. Bad call quality. Intermittent dropped calls. May move back to T-mobile. Service was excellent with them.

I originally had the Katana when we moved here. 1 bar or less and all calls dropped and at times cannot make or receive calls. Sprints Customer Service sent me an AirRave at no charge and reception is GREAT if I am in the same room as the AirRave. Move into the kitchen or outside and back to 1 bar! 1 mile away at the Store on 544 and I get a great signal and most other parts of town are ok. Also I upgraded from the Katana to the LG Lotus and still have the same problem. Only if I am next to the AirRave can I make calls. Did I mention the AirRave goes out if the internet is down!

Very poor to no reception in my house, not much better outside the house. Calls drop, data and messaging is spotty at BEST.

Reception issues are rare for me. I usually have high data transfer rates, too.

I lose calls all the time from my house. There is only one place I can stand to get a signal, and even then it's not guaranteed to last.

I have to go outside or to the second floor, otherwise the call drops.

Very poor or no reception using Nokia, Samsung, Motorola phones. No one in the neighborhood has a descent signal, and service providers do not factor in. Reception is poor for Cingular / AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint customers alike. Taveling three blocks in any direction improves signal significantly.
