Roaming on Cellular One I can make a call out on the highway with an external Wilson magnet mount antenna and a direct conection amplifier. If I drive further up the HWY 89 toward Junction I can also make better calls. Verizon creeps in here and there but is not very good. Closest towers are up on Monroe Peak and down in Panguitch roughly 20 miles each way. No actual towers in Circleville or Junction.

Sprint drops out a few miles off of the freeway. I roam on Cell one through most of Hwy. 20. At the Junction of Hwy. 89 / 20 I get Sprint service (or at least my phone shows Sprint Service) but I cannot call out. If I roam on Cell One I can call out.

Sprint Coverage does not exist from Circleville to Richfield on Hwy. 89. From the I-15 / I-70 Junction there is no Sprint coverage until you get to Fruita and Grand Junction CO.
