Cingular is the only Cell Carrier on Dugway Proving Ground. I will bet you money you cannot use another carrier. Only two Cingular Cell Towers on the Installation. There are a couple of blind areas, and since the tower on the Cedar Mountain is so far away from the industrial area, inside reception may be a problem.
