Our reception here is terrible and if you complain to Verizon, they try to tell you its your phone. My husband and I have been through several phones now and it doesn't make a difference. Other people are telling me the same thing as well. If you live in Gunnison and are thinking about Verizon, DON'T! There is a new tower on the G hill, but it hasn't been brought on line yet.
