I get about 3 bars on average in my home. My phone sometimes works in our basement. Pretty consistent. Much better than Cingular.

I can alomst guarantee my call will drop when I go over the point of the mountain into Utah county. The One time out of ten it doesn't, the signal is garbled for several seconds then come back.

Constantly drop calls going across the point of the mountain into SLC. Dead spots galore driving along the West frontage road of I-15. Contacted Verizon Customer Service multiple times only to be told that they have fabulous coverage in the area (contrary to what many of my neighbors also experience). In fact, my call with Customer Service dropped and I had to call back and go through their automated menu a 2nd time.
