I have had trouble with reception since I switched from AT&T to the Cingular GSM. I complained at the Cingular store and they said it was my phone. I sent the phone back on warranty and got another one. Nothing has improved. I think I may go buy a Nokia. I've always had good luck with them, but if that doesn't improve things, I am going to change carriers when my contract is up this winter.

Dead spot in Porterville and Whites Crossing on Utah Hwy. 66 (service works fine in Morgan and East Canyon State Park).
