i have not had any service in my area since friday the 9th. Today is the 14th, and still no service. I have gone to Sprint repair and have called customer service on more than one occasion and have had no help. I am getting put on hold for to long and transfe red to at least 3 different people and they all give different stories?????? If I want to make or receive a call, text, pay a bill, use internet, etc. I have to leave my area. This is what I pay for? To drive to a friends house, sit in a parking lot just to use my phone? ridiculous! Today my bill is due, and I sure am unhappy about having to due that. My contract is up in june and you can bet I am LEAVING THIS SERVICE! Sometimes I feel like paying the fee to leave early! If the problem isnt solved in the next few days, I am out!

I rarely, if at all, have any problems with my Sprint service. When I upgraded my phone this last summer, that helped even more with better reception, not that it was bad to begin with. I love Sprint! I've been with them for 3 years now. Rarely a problem with their customer service.

I have changed phones twice now, and I get barely a bar inside my home up on an unobstructed hill top. I have called T-Mobile so many 100's of times the past 18 months they know me personally. I drop calls sometimes 8 to 10 times a call. It has gotten so bad that most people refuse to talk with me anymore if I am at home. I do not know if I am in between towers and the signal bounces between them or what. My friends that visit me have no problem when they are here but they do not have tmobile. The last time I called T-Mobile they actually sent someone out to the tower and reported back that some type of booster was needed but it was not in the budget and would not be happening. I donot know if T-Mobile has grown so much that things have gotten worse or what. I have had T-Mobile since 2000 (7 yrs!) and the reception issues have been getting steadily worse that past 18 months. I have very few problems out on the road. If anyone has any ideas I would welcome them, my friends are so pissed off from catching every 5th word they honestly will not talk to me if I am home.

Strong signal almost every where I go, but when I get into this area it drops to 1 bar or lose signal. The good thing thou is that I hardly ever drop a call.

The Verizon Wireless reception in my neighborhood is HORRIBLE! I can rarely hold a phone conversation longer than three minutes without the call dropping. It is miserable. Repeated calls to Verizon over the four years I have lived here have done nothing to improve the problem.

I get just as good, if not better reception than on my Verizon VX6000. I have not had any dropped calls; however, my calls aren't as clear as my Verizon calls. I needed to switch to Cingular to get two phones, more minutes, plus the roll-over minutes for the same price as my Verizon service. I prefer Verizon, but sometimes you need to sacrafice something to get something else.

I have never had a call drop anywhere in Utah Valley or Salt Lake Valley. The only time I even have less than 3 bars is sometimes driving the north slope of the Point of the Mountain, near the prison.
