One bar if I am lucky. Used to have better coverage since they went 4-G I have nothing not even 2-G. Terrible! Have to leave my house to get a few bars and then stay outside to chat or text.

Service beeps in and out all the time either inside or outside of my house. Most of the time the phone doesn't ring it just beeps message and you can't even get it. I have called Sprint and they seem to not even care. If you leave the "Wasatch Front" you may as well leave the phone home. Service is very spotty from south side of Spanish Fork all the way to Nephi as long as you stay on the freeway, after that good luck! Biggest waist of money I think I have ever spent. This service is designed for the business man who just jumps from large city to city.

Once you enter Elk Ridge, forget about your digital signal. It'll show you up to 3 - 4 bars sometimes but just try to place a call. Nada. It tries for a while to connect, then drops you down to roaming.
