Have no clue why the reception is so bad. Constantly is breaking up. Got a new battery for the phone thinking that was the problem but I still am having problems.

T-mobile is great everywhere around cache valley except my home where I use it most! I have TERRIBLE reception in my Providence home-main floor and basement both. There are a few spots throughout my home that work ok, but usually I end up outside while I'm on calls. My husband and I have had 4 different phone models with no big change in reception. My nextdoor neighbor told us that her husband's Blackberry worked ok with T-mobile, but her other phones never have had great reception either. I have been pleased overall with T-mobile, and we have been with them for over 5 years in various places, but the lack of reception here is not working!
