Although I almost always have 5 bars anywhere I go in the state of Utah, there are times when the sound is scratchy. So I guess I can say I'm mostly happy with the service.

When I lived in Ogden, UT(84404) I had horrible reception, but here in Roy I've never seen my signal drop below 5 bars, even when in the basement of my house. There must be a tower close by or something.

In my house, I have to walk around to find a place where my conversations are not so choppy. The Cingular store tells me there is a cell tower near my house, but the nearest one on the web shows about 5 miles away. In my home I have 3 bars, so I'm not very happy with this gsm service. I have varying degrees of reception around Ogden, Riverdale, Layton areas.

Dead spots through out this area. Had no signal at 4800S. 1700 W. also.
