Must be on roaming to get any sort of connection. I have gotten spotty 3G connection but haven't been able to get any LTE coverage since I've been here.

Sprint coverage map terrible. No bar, could not receive calls, couldn't use the data in this area, and could not have the use of the data while talking on the phone. Never had the problem with the AT&T. Plan to switch back to AT&T.

We live in a condo in sugar house. At the time we purchased the condo we did not know the reception was so bad. We have been here four years and the reception hasn't changed in that time. Very bad within a five to six block area. One bar sometimes two, constantly dropped calls. Don't even think about 4G anytime. It is either 1G sometimes 3G.

For the past 4 years of living downtown, from liberty park (700 east) to 2100 east from 700 south to 2100 south, you will get almost no reception. Dropped phone calls, can barely send texts to android users and can’t even bother with a picture, and cannot stream Spotify, YouTube, or Apple Music. This has been from switching from 3 different iPhones so it’s not the phone.

Never more than 2 bars up here no matter where we are in the area. In the house nobody can hear you when you are on your cell and calls drop all the time. Pod casts don’t work even when using cell data. Verizon claims the coverage is OK... .it’s not.

I have AT&T and get 1 bar no matter what time of day. Tried a booster and this helped calls but if I try texting it won't go thru while the booster is turned on. Friends that have other carriers have noticed the same problem while visisting so its not worth switching. Basically these big companies don't care.

After having terrible reception and dropped calls for a 1 / 2 to 1 mile radius around my home in the middle of Salt Lake City, I left Verizon for AT&T. I know have a great signal with 4G LTE coverage. I was a customer of Verizon for about 20 years and was a big fan of their service—until now. It’s amazing to me that in a well-populated area like Sugarhouse that there can be a complete dead zone. It seems the area without coverage extended from about 1500 E to 2100 E between around 1400 to 1500 S and 1700 to 1800 S. I noticed the change in coverage a year or two ago. It’s not a huge area, but it’s a big problem if you live in the area like I do and your mobile number is your primary number. I let Verizon know that I was switching and why and didn’t buy the rep’s statement there should be good coverage in the states area.
