Coverage is sporadic. Usually only have one bar. Some dropped calls. Was this review helpful to you?
1-2 bars most of time but 95% are dropped within 30 seconds, under 10 secs late night or early morning (2 am). Have to go outside and across street to get reliable connection. ATT&T has tower at entrance of Emigration canyon but that is blocked by a ridge. Could use a couple more towers east of 700 East Verizon! Was this review helpful to you?
I work in downtown Salt Lake City. I usually have only 1 bar on my Sprint phone. Reception is so bad, that I can't use my cell phone at work. I work in an outer office with a view of the mountains. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint sucks. Whenever I'm home my phone says I'm roaming. It's hilarious. When I called for help they didn't do anything. No compensation or anything. Can't waif for my contract to end.Was this review helpful to you?
Only have one bar. Calls are always dropped. Was this review helpful to you?
I have always had Verizon and Sprint. Recently decided I did not wan to pay so much for a phone so I down graded to Metro PCS. I was very skeptical about their service but I've had this service for one month and it works great! Was this review helpful to you?
reception is up and down, dropped calls occasionally, usually after a long time... with signal booster in house, calls still vary in signal strength and reliability... not bad, but not great either... .the science of cell phones is far from perfect anywhere you go... . radio signals are what they are, subject to interruption from time to time and the towers used are not that powerful conduits after all.Was this review helpful to you?
Had excellent Sprint 4g LTE until December 1st. Now I'm getting a mix of 3g and 4g. 90% 3g and if I update my PRL 3x a day I might get lucky and see a bar of 4g LTE. Scrooge is back! Was this review helpful to you?
Just did a speed test and got 33.46 down with almost 20 up! ! I think they're deploying wideband LTE here! Test was done in West Jordan. Zip code wouldn't work on siteWas this review helpful to you?
There is a dead zone in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. Every morning I drive westbound into downtown on 200 S. If I am on a call, as soon as I hit Main Street, the call drops. Same thing if I'm going Eastbound on the way home. My call will drop as I cross 2nd West. If I try to start a call within that zone, I get fast busy, or nothing at all. At least it is consistent, so I have that going for me. Not sure how anyone downtown is able to do business with this deadzone. I have always assumed it is because of the building density, but paranoid me wonders if there is some kind of Mormon force field set up in that area. lolWas this review helpful to you?
