Haven't had reception problems with AT&T before in my home, but in the last month the reception has been awful. Dropped, missed calls with no ring, and lots of failed calls. I called their customer service and they recommended I install their Mark the Spot app and enter a complaint for each dropped call. Apparently they won't even research the issue until they get a certain number of complaints in an area. Was this review helpful to you?

My cell service has progressively declined over the past two years in this area. Newer phones haven't solved this issue either. Neither has the "wifi" calling feature on the new iPhone 7. Call quality is still poor and I'm still dropping a lot of calls. Was this review helpful to you?
Constantly drop calls and the quality is terrible. Service is in and out during the call itself. Have to FaceTime audio everyone just to have a conversation. Was this review helpful to you?
In my house, I drop almost every call. I can't find a good spot to send a text. General bad service in the area. TMobile said they have several towers down and have been working the last few months to fix it... . I'm looking for something else. Was this review helpful to you?

I've lived all over the US and have had different carriers based on the State, you do what you have to to have cellular service. I've recently moved to the Salt Lake area living in West Valley and the service absolutely sucks at my house! Most days 1 bar to No Service. However traveling across Country was amazing had service all the way, they just need to get it straight here in Salt Lake City! Was this review helpful to you?
I live in a home with a clear view to the South and no obstructions to any towers, yet the coverage is hardly ever above 3 bars. Sometimes it wavers between 3 bars and 1 bar, and very rarely is it ever 4 bars! ATT needs to have a tower that provides better coverage in the Avenues. Was this review helpful to you?
For months my family has been dropping calls in Milcreek and Holladay. I received the following notice after calling Verizon and requesting a service call. "Our investigation has determined there is less than optimal signal strength in your reported area, which can cause weakened and reduced network connectivity, especially indoors." Verizon is now working on a resolution. Was this review helpful to you?
