Foothill / 2100 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84108 Thu Jun 23, 2005

Calls are always dropped when turning onto 2100 E off of Foothill. Reception is always poor while traveling on 2100 E until about 1700 S. Most of the neighborhoods in Eastern Sugarhouse have below average reception.

I've never experienced a dropped call, and I live in a basement apartment. Seems to have good reception throughout the valley.

Okay reception outside... .inside builidings results in calls getting dropped pretty frequently. oftentimes, I have to dial a number 2 or 3 times because it doesn't connect the first time. Also, the phone itself has some charging problems... .i'm still not sure whether it's the battery or the phone itself, which I have had for less than a year. Cricket customer service is pretty crappy, too... ..I spent 25 minutes last week on hold / talking to a customer service rep trying to simply get the address of where to send my damaged phone.

Cingualr GSM is soooo baaaad. I get no reception in my house and have nothing but trouble all over the Salt Lake Valley. I have called customer service several times with zero luck. Cell phone companies should not be allowed to be in business if they can't provide the service. It is horrible. I have two years on the contract. What a waste of time and money. I would never get cingualr again.

A block wide hole in the T-Mobile coverage is present south of the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Don't buy T-Mobile if you live here (or if you value customer service).

Was very happy with my TDMA plan - made the terrible decision to go with a new phone and GSM. I drop about 80% of my calls near my house - can't use the phone at all - BRUTAL would like to back to my digital plan but am leary as I think they are tearing down the tdma infrastructure to improve GSM I may just go Verizon.
