My reception sucks, I get 2 bars in my house and I don't live too far fromt he cell towers from my house. Today at the dentist office in west jordan I got zero bars in the office and no Web data went out or in total loss of signal. it gets better the more I go north

Very poor reception while traveling down 7000 south from 5600 West to 4800 West. I had the same problem years ago when I had a company Nextel

Have had T-Mobile for 8 years. We have been with them when they were just getting started and have grown into an amazing company! I strongly recommend them and will never think about leaving them!

perfect service! I tested this several times I was in my basement undr my bed and got full signal. had Verizon for years, wouldnt have anything else.

Very poor reception in West Jordan. Had Verizon review my new phones and they basically said West Jordan is a poor reception area and not changes planned for a year. I dumped Verizion and am going to try T-Mobil.

Live in the Oaks Subdivision Hwy. 111 and 8200 South. 2-3 bars at my house, just east of the new Jr. High (somewhat disappointing). Overall the reception is good. A few definite poor service spots. 7800 South and 5600 West (around "power alley"), rarely drops but spotty. 6700 West, South of 8200 South is spotty. And of course Hwy. 111 towards ATK Thiokol, guaranted drop calls until you hit 3500 S and Magna.

I have had Cingular GSM since Jan 2004. I live directly on the west edge of the airport. The signal strength was a little weak indoors in almost any building until the summer of 2005. Since then, I have clear reception and full bars in any building or home in the Salt Lake area, even in basements. There are still a couple of holes in coverage. Every time I drive through the light at 3200 West and 6200 South the call drops. That drop happens like clockwork, but it's the only time I've lost a call in the last six months.

Seems to work well in heavily populated areas outdoors. Don't get off the beaten path though. Otherwise service is average at best. Doesn't work indoors very well. Lots of dead spots up and down 2700 W, 7000 S, 1300 W and close to Airport #2.
