Since Last Night the Verizon tower has been down and all Verizon customers are unable to text, call, email or use internet through their phones. This has been an all night and through this morning ordeal and service has been frequently dropped on and off for nearly 6 months. This is ridiculous and absurd. Verizon is losing customers in this area by the day and there "solutions" are impractical and not very efficient. We have been dedicated customers to Verizon especially since few other networks work well in this area however AT&T is looking very good right now.

I have been with Verizon for about 2 years because AT&T had no service here. I had no problems with Verizon until the last 3-4 months. We have called several times about no service and dropped calls. Finally we got a real explanation. In order to provide service to people who never had service they made changes to some towers, which now have diminished the service in our area. They keep telling us that they are working to correct this... it's been 4 months already! Their solution for the time being if you are interested is to purchase a signal booster for $250!

Recently Verizon reception has become very poor in our location. We constantly drop calls. We called to report this to Verizon and they said that a technician would come out and "survey" the area for reception. Ironically, Verizon asked us to participate in a post customer service call survey. Verizon called our cell phone to begin the computer-based survey, but... ... the call dropped!
